The quality of the AB Groupe dubs (known as "The Big Green" dub in reference to the nickname given to Piccolo in this dub) is infamous in the Dragon Ball fanbase for its poor syncing, unfitting and limited casting choices and motor mouth dialogue. It would air in The Netherlands and on Toonami in the United Kingdom. The AB Groupe dubs were based on the French dub and had little rewriting to help mold the dialogue to the animations mouth.
